These visits are typically 3-4 hours long and include a follow-up phone consultation. Some problems may be sorted out in a single visit whilst others will mean that you want a bit of “propping up” as you make changes so practical support is needed over three or more days. For example, establishing better sleep patterns and starting to put a flexible daily routine in place as your baby gets a little older. coaching Coaching sessions can be arranged to help with one or two specific issues in one day, or if you are after confidence building and general guidance then I recommend a series of half day bookings to get you off on the right foot. which one is right for you?
